I am an Accredited Specialist - Employment and Industrial Law. I lead Bartier Perry's Workplace Law & Culture team. I work with energetic lawyers committed to delivering practical and timely advice to clients.My work ranges from drafting employment contracts and policies, to providing legal and strategic advice on employment and industrial disputes and advising on disciplinary action and termination of employment. I advise clients on work health and safety matters, including establishing policies, consultation systems and governance through to defending prosecutions. I have a speciality in managing litigation involving difficult self represented litigants.I am the author of the employment law chapter in the legal text, Social Media and the Law, by LexisNexis.
