After leaving my position as Director of Education for The Charter School of Tampa Bay Academy, I was offered a position with YFCS. This company rented the school building that the Charter School operated in. YFCS had an in-patient facility for children and Adolescents from 5-18 who had severe psychiatric and/or behaviorally disordered conditions.Their patients became our public school students during the bell-to-bell school day, along with approximately 100 students from Hillsborough County, FL who were staffed with the same conditions.After leaving the Charter School, I was asked to become YFCS's Educational Consultant for their other 12-15 facilities across the nation. It was a wonderful organization, but it involved a great amount of traveling. After approximately one year, I resigned, and opened my own business.

While at the Nassau Board of Cooperative Educational Services, I was Principal of Special Education Schools, including Elementary and Middle School Levels.
