Avec un doctorat en chimie spécialisée, j'ai cherché à élargir mes horizons en combinant mon expertise scientifique avec une formation approfondie en qualité, sécurité et environnement (QSE). Depuis 2018, j'ai évolué au sein d'une entreprise adaptée dédiée au recyclage, où j'ai d'abord exercé en tant que Responsable de Production, puis pris le rôle de Responsable de Site en 2023.Cette expérience m’a permis de maîtriser divers aspects de la gestion opérationnelle, de l’optimisation des processus à la conformité environnementale. J’ai dirigé des équipes, coordonné des projets et assuré le respect des normes en matière de durabilité et d’inclusion. Mon parcours m’offre une perspective unique pour participer au développement et à la croissance des entreprises, en alliant performance opérationnelle et responsabilité sociale.Passionné par l’inclusion par le travail et l'innovation durable, je suis particulièrement motivé par les opportunités de rencontrer de nouveaux professionnels et d'explorer des projets communs qui résonnent avec ces valeurs.
