BCIS is a web-enabled interactive application that provides access to public and secured information related to Florida’s building codes. Worked in ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET State Management, configuring ASP.NET optimizations, securing ASP.NET web application. Created Web User Controls that contain both HTML and Server Side controls in the process of implementing them on multiple pages of the Application. Established coding standards and ensured development teams followed them. Developed reusable and extensible components by breaking down application functionality. Designed the package/code layout for the application to organize the application into manageable modules. Prepared comprehensive evaluation and recommendation for various reporting solutions directly to department head. (ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Crystal Reports XI)

Thomson-West Peer Monitor provides accurate financial benchmarks that can be organized to show how a firm is performing against a specific set of peers in critical areas, including pricing, by office and practice. Developed implementation routines to offload initial data migration from client site to main Thomson-West office. Worked with strong-encryption and secure FTP as means of privacy management and data transfer. (VB.NET, SQL Server, CMSOpen, Elite, sFTP)

Design and development of company Project Management products using ASP.NET, MS-Access, and VBA. Developed end-user documentation, training materials, implementation plans, and support services. Developed project management, claims avoidance and claims litigation software including As-Built/As-Planned graphics generation based on project documentation. Assisted with resolutions of multiple vendor/contractor/subcontractor disputes through expert testimony and software claims analysis. Implemented internal collaboration framework based on MS-SharePoint to remove duplication of efforts. Developed estimates & work quotations to fulfill specific client requests. Developed in-house reporting application covering manufacturing, customer service and billing. Administered network of over 700 end-user workstations and 12 servers spanning 6 geographic sites. Designed & implemented national WAN including over 100 Cisco 2400-series routers, multiple t-1 trunk lines, and an advanced VOIP system.
