I help improve the achievement and wellbeing of children and young people by supporting the organisations and professional development of those who work with, and for, them.This includes working strategically with Academy Trusts, schools and Local Authorities (including education and health improvement services); developing and facilitating bespoke training, especially for Leadership & Management, to support organisational improvement of education providers; enhancing curriculum provision, increasing efficiency and improving the learning and life chances of children across the UK and overseas.
