Through the determination and execution of strategic aims, responses to crises and management of change I set the tone of the School and lead by example through my behaviours and leadership communicated via the staff meetings, line managers meetings that I Chair and lead and all staff email and intranet communications that I produce and distribute.I manage the human capital of CJBS and act as the top people strategist. As part of this role, I provide creative and insightful solutions to critical issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly. I am a trusted advisor to the Director and also to the Director of Executive Education in relation to Judge Business School Executive Education Ltd (JBSEEL). With oversight of all people matters across the school I provide informed advice and recommendations to the Director of the School on strategic initiatives and plans. I support the core academic activities of the School by ensuring CJBS has a robust and effective organisation structure and a positive people culture. I lead my team to provide a high quality, responsive and comprehensive service to all staff and faculty, championing and delivering the best practices and latest thinking in leadership and management as required in a world class Business School. I work with the senior management team to align capabilities and the business strategy, and execute the business strategy for the School and JBSEEL. I advised Heads of Department and Departmental Managers on complex and sensitive personnel issues.
