Understanding new industry technologies and evaluating hardware and software upgrades to ensure compatibility, scalability and correlate to future growth requirements and offerings.Develop and execute procedural maintenance plans to build out new network topology changes driven by capacity and customer requirements to ensure optimum network efficiency and sustainability.Troubleshoot escalations from support teams and engage hardware vendors where applicable to achieve expedient resolution of service degradations.Provide buck-stops-here engineering for enterprise customer WAN/MAN network orders which span multiple pops and require multiple differentiated services to meet and exceed customer demands and SLA and execute upgrades where needed. I started this job as an Intern and was hired on full time to continue doing it, my responsibilities involved generating negative films for use in silkscreen printing of compact discs. When a new run job was brought in I would take the customer supplied data files with the design on them and process them through some graphics design programs to fit them to the spec needed for the particular disc. Once that was completed I would print the CMYK flms on the imaging machine and expose… Show more I started this job as an Intern and was hired on full time to continue doing it, my responsibilities involved generating negative films for use in silkscreen printing of compact discs. When a new run job was brought in I would take the customer supplied data files with the design on them and process them through some graphics design programs to fit them to the spec needed for the particular disc. Once that was completed I would print the CMYK flms on the imaging machine and expose fresh screens to UV using the films to create the plates for the job run. I would assisted press operators with any printing problems or anomalies due to the design and make sure we got the batch completed on time. I would then catalog and store films in inventory to use in future job runs.* Processed customer prints for creating films using Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Kodak Dolev imaging machine.* Q/A proofed films for silkscreen processing and created screens for printing in large scale industrial compact disc replication.
