I possess an extensive knowledge of university, state, and federal policies governing these topics, and engage in continuous training to maintain my knowledge consistent with periodic policy changes. Utilizing my in-depth knowledge of campus policies, resources, and services, I provide effective support to the university community, collaborating with numerous university departments to investigate and solve complex challenges while ensuring that students and their families receive the assistance they need with professionalism and courtesy.Furthermore, I manage a sizable team of student workers, assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive work environment while maintaining open lines of communication to address any challenges or concerns. Furthermore, I oversee the operations of our Ticket Office, including sales, inventory management, deposits, and cash handling, with a keen focus on efficiency and accuracy.
