Interacting with customers that fall into arrears, investigating their circumstances via a variety of contact methods, investigating their circumstances, negotiating appropriate repayment agreements, and signposting customers for appropriate support. Where needed, taking appropriate enforcement action and representing Abri and court and at evictions.
