Computer scientist specialist leveraging Agile development and higher education. I thrive on a team thatseeks to provide instruction through differentiation and interpersonal relationships.Two things I'm passionate about? Computer science and community. As a kid, computers fascinated me, so I was ecstatic when I learned that there are occupations devoted to manipulating what they do. I used that energy to graduate from William and Mary with a BS in Computer Science and Psychology and work in internships and research positions. Along the way, I realized that I felt fulfillment leaving a positive mark on others. Every time a student I tutored or a camper I counseled expressed genuine gratitude for my assistance, I got butterflies. I knew I had to find outlets for both passions.Currently, I work in an intersection of those two loves as a computer science teacher at a Governor's School. Building relationships and foundations in programming has been an absolute joy to me.
