One of my most important roles as the Cash Product Line Manager is being part of the core team working on innovation. Previously, I led the corporate-wide initiative to ensure Federated Hermes’ compliance with the 2010 amendments, co-led the implementation of the 2014 amendments to Rule 2a-7, and the implementation to the new European mmf regulations. Ongoing responsibilities include: enhancing the cash product line by making recommendations for consolidations, new products, or for changes to existing products where needed; providing appropriate communication and leadership in my management of projects pertaining to the cash product line and ensuring the projects’ resolution; creating business plans for new products; supporting Investment Management and Sales through direct interaction, strategically improved money market reporting, and by analyzing competitors; aiding in the development of strategic marketing RFP’s and RFI’s to enhance Federated’s cash sales initiatives; adding market and product knowledge/content to other marketing processes and value-added services for our clients; providing industry and competitive reports to senior executives, Investment Management, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, etc. on the money market to enhance their understanding of Federated Hermes' place in the money market world.

This is a marketing research position, specializing in the institutional marketing side of Federated. As the head of the Institutional Internet Development, responsibilities included guiding the overall tone and strategy for the institutional sections of the website.

This was a corporate training position, wherein I taught our wholesalers and customer service reps about our products and prepared them for the Series 6 and Series 7 Exams.
