- Assist in creating and facilitating robust virtual training products/services that are part of Year Up’s evolving program model. As a program facilitator, I specialize in facilitating customized training and coaching solutions that allow us to serve thousands of Opportunity Talent across the United States to help them reach their full potential.- Own and drive all aspects of teaching and assessing students in a twice-weekly “Career Development and Interpersonal Relations” course as students prepare to go on internship.- Develop programmatic materials and processes with an eye toward replication and scale across projects, teams, and markets throughout the country.
