• Responsible for all aspects of the PRII operations and reporting to a board of 13 directors elected by the organisation's membership. Key achievements include:
• returning the PRII to surplus and a near doubing of reserves;
• overhauling and expanding the the PRII’s education services with introduction of seven new certificate courses and a total rewrite of the PRII’s Diploma in Public Relations;
• leading the Institute’s response to the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 and putting in place compliance training that more than 200 members completed; and
• dramatically increasing services to members, with introduction of a weekly members Digest, significantly more members events and resources.The CEO of the PRII is also the CEO of the Public Relations Consultants.
