As a technical writer and engineer for SUSE I organize and create technical books, engineering articles and white papers for both our enterprise data center management product SUSE Manager and our open source upstream project Uyuni. I designed and maintain our product documentation toolchain. Primary Tasks: Technical writing via (Asciidoctor, Asciidoctor-pdf, Antora), Agile, SUSE Manager, SUSE Linux Enterprise, GitHub, Docker, GNU Make, openSUSE, YAML, frontend development, hardware and software.

Ran the AAFES Print Shop where I designed and setup visual displays for the AAFES Bamberg, Germany branch. Received print and design requests from local and inter-regional clients. Managed invoicing and inventory. Toolset included: Adobe Photshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft office products and several in-house printing tools.

Team based roll within US Army’s 57th Signal Battalion During Operation Iraqi Freedom. Played a large part in deploying, setup and maintaining the largest tactical mobile network in history. Setup mobile Node Centers, Switching Systems, line of site radio towers, SMART-T for interconnection to the MILSTAR Satellite constellation.
