Confidence Analytics is a Washington state-certified laboratory specializing in Potency Profiling and Quality Assurance Testing for I-502 regulated recreational Cannabis products. Our laboratory analyzes water content, foreign matter, cannabinoid concentrations, residual solvents, and other metrics as needed. Our lab utilizes various types of analytical equipment for these tests, including HPLC and GC-MS. I supervise laboratory work in order to ensure that samples are processed in a consistent, timely fashion and I help to facilitate open and honest communication between all employees. I supervise the laboratory technicians and oversee the maintenance of the lab and its equipment. My duties include routine inspection, cleaning, calibration, testing and repair of lab equipment, and overall organization of the laboratory. I am also responsible for tracking inventory and supply levels, and ordering, storing and distributing new supplies.

I gained experience in chemical handling, transport and storage, and familiarized myself with various safety protocols in a research setting.

I developed leadership skills through delegating tasks and assignments to other employees, as well as cash-handling experience through working at the register.

Sahalee Country Club is a member-owned private club in Sammamish, WA. The golf course has been ranked as one of Golf Digest’s Top 100 Golf Courses in America for the past 38 years straight. Thanks in no small part due to the hard work and dedication of its Grounds Crew. As a groundskeeper over the summer of 2011, I helped to maintain the course by mowing greens and raking bunkers each day, among other tasks. I gained experience with the operation of heavy machinery, including a backhoe loader, plate compactor, Gator tractor, Cushman 3-wheel diesel and a Ty Crop MH400. The early 6 AM start hours helped instill discipline, and through the daily care and cultivation of the course, I greatly improved my attention to detail.
