Through the last two decades, my responsibilities have shifted multiple times, and attributed greatly to my experience and knowledge. I enjoy working with clients to help guide, consult and develop their enterprise roadmaps. I engage deeply with clients to provide; hands-on training, Consulting, Infrastructure Design and education on system installations. I relish interactions with all aspects of the consulting relations that come through developing trust and recognition of my technical background. This brings the highest levels of job satisfaction and ultimately client satisfaction. Clients are not just clients; they are people and I enjoy working and meeting new people. I am grateful for all past, present and new friendships that have spawned over the last 20 years. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner in this leg of my career. Another aspect of my role is contributing to my internal teams and management. As a consultant there are never any “breaks” regarding the technology we must learn and become proficient in at all levels. The team members within the organization must also be treated as an appendage of oneself, to further the company growth within. We must consult in a different manner with our own team, to facilitate education, knowledge and experience that provides greater client satisfaction and team resource expansion possibilities.In all, my role has many verticals and I wear many hats. There is no arguing the fact, my role provides a high level of personal sensory attributes that contribute to the wealth of my being.
