Conducted contract evaluations and negotiations, strategic sourcing, and fleet management within the Technical Operations division. Led RFP issuance and conduction, contract negotiations and subsequent management and SLA enforcement. Close collaboration with the Joint Procurement team initiative for Indigo Partners ( Volaris, Wizz Air, Frontier, Cebu Pacific, jetSMART, and Lynx Air). Some of the specific topics I worked on were selection of tires, wheels and brakes, lubricants, communications panels, engine/aircraft selection and leases.
