Worked on a project observing the effects of extreme heat events on desert plants along an elevational gradient as well as the effects of extreme heat events and plant recovery. I have also utilized tools such as a pressure bomb, LI-COR, thermal camera, porometer, sap flow monitor, Image J, and various scales to aid in the gathering and computing of data for the project. Additionally, I collaborated with a fellow intern to run a 4-day minimum conductance experiment that we tailored to meet the physiology of desert plants.
