I supervised employees on the floor ensuring the implementation of the Quality Assurance System and other tools that contributed to the continuous improvement of service. I managed labor relations, including settling of grievances, work schedules, health and safety; communicating information from the company including policies, practices, regulations, procedures and programs. I produced and submitted daily reports on the operational activities of the shift.
