Current•Lead and support role for Portland General Electric’s (PGE) nonresidential demand response program, focused on promoting seasonal grid flexibility through optimization of Peak Time Events.•Streamlined and documented program best practices to support cross-portfolio functionality. This included team project input consistency, enhanced quarterly forecast tracking, improved project status visibility, and flexible data reporting. Timely project completion increased to an average of 60%.•Lead on the implementation of a commercial and industrial demand response (DR) program to include additional distributed energy resources (DERs), maximize impact, and increase the customer base by adding flexibility, standardizing processes, and optimized program pathways for program enrollment.•Developed new strategies, goals, and KPIs around customer targeting, program design, and metrics reporting leading to increased cost-effectiveness and program structure.•Analyzed and redesigned reporting and invoicing process to address frequent operational and client pain points resulting in increased client satisfaction, increased efficiencies, and reduced miscommunications.•Provided project planning and management, budget and financial support, tracking, goals forecasting, data analysis, and KPI reporting using Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and Excel.•Developed work plans, established, and monitored project milestones; evaluates program performance and recommended improvements.•Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, sustainability, renewable energy, battery storage, and rate tariffs.•Lead on database migration and development of transitional platform. This included establishing the core data foundation, user interface display, defining user workflows, platform testing, and core team training.
