Maono Conservation is a new non profit launched by Emmy winning cinematographer Andy Wegst, the mission of Maono (Swahili for "Vision") is to identify effective community based solutions to mitigate the conflict between man and wildlife in Africa. Maono then captures these stories in compelling video segments, for distribution to other communities to also adopt these ideas and help save these truly beautiful animals, unique to the continent. This is a great honor for me to be involved.

Dedicated to sustaining the great tradition of promoting art, training emerging artists and enriching lives in the San Francisco Peninsula since 1921, the Pacific Art League currently enrolls over 2,100 students of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels in classes taught by a faculty of 60 experienced artists at its downtown Palo Alto location. The gallery showcases monthly juried exhibits as well as other selected work by local artists.

Responsible for managing portfolio of IT Conferences and launching new projects. Also included involvement in acquistion strategy.

Responsible for managing International conferences division in Europe, Latin America and Australia. 20 events annually, staff of 40 +, revenue of $30M +. Events included flag ship Gartner Symposiums in Cannes and Sydney.

Launched US version of UK owned company, producing series of targeted trade shows for the Business Software Applications market. Over 5 year period built and managed compnay in concert with UK team. Both arms of the company were successfully acquired in 1999.
