I have extensive experience as a project manager, management consultant and leader with technical, facilitation and decision analysis skills. I have a demonstrated ability to work with multi-functional teams to solve complex, ambiguous problems and move to actionable, effective solutions.Throughout my career I have worked on numerous projects in the hydrocarbon sector including pipelines, upstream O&G, offshore and oil sands. I also have experience in the mining and power sectors. Much of my hands on experience has been with large scale pipeline projects t in challenging technical and political environments. Projects range from the Alaska Pipeline project and Enbridge Northern Gateway project to smaller refined product lines.I have instructed in Decision Analysis and am comfortable in front of clients and audiences.I bring an international perspective and strategic view that are reflective of my years of experience in the oil and gas industry.My strengths include: Decision Analysis and Decision Quality, Project Management, Risk Analysis, Process Facilitation, Framing and Feasibility Studies
