- Lead the company-wide integration with MLB to become a certified Authorized Ticket Marketplace with both Tickets.com and Ticketmaster for all Major League Baseball teams.- Lead all projects related to B2B Exchange as well as Partner/Affiliate API

- Oversaw supplier operations, policies and key initiatives that led to 500% increase in B2B sales over a 5 year period.- Created, trained, and managed the industry’s leading Customer Service operation ensuring the successful sale and delivery of over $250M worth of tickets across 1M+ transactions annually.- Created and executed a supplier development strategy to ensure competitive supply and pricing for over $4B worth of inventory from nearly 2000 suppliers.- Responsible for logistics, risk mitigation, policies, and fulfillment for major events such as the Super Bowl and Masters. Developed software specific to managing sales for these events in order to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction.

- Directed product and engineering teams in developing, maintaining, and debugging internal and external APIs.- Lead all aspects of the pre and post sale integrations with all external partners with a heavy focus on API integrations.- Created and maintained API documentation, integration guides and tools, and the PHP client library.

- Launched the first ticket resale website in May 1995.- Grew the company from $1.5M to $10M in revenue through online sales, expanded inventory, and created a consignment program that allowed other sellers to list and manage their own inventory through our relationships with ticket marketplaces.- Developed and maintained in house Point of Sale and order automation tools.

- Created Motorola’s first online supplier performance rating system.- Rebuilt and maintained Supply Management intranet to provide online access to important tools and resources for the global Supply Management organization.
