A combination of leadership, organizational, and process-technology alignment solutions, this was digital transformation before it became today’s buzzword!This extensive technology adoption practice led to a pivot into the data realm. Neochange built a SaaS analytics product that transformed user click-stream data into sophisticated analysis of user software consumption and productivity. I took on the role of CTO, managing all aspects of the back-end analytical development, and the cloud platform for delivering the product to clients. Moving back into the consulting field, I joined Taos Mountain Inc. Taos focuses on infrastructure, cloud operations and the data center.
