IT Operations / Enterprise Systems Monitoring:- Instrumentation and development of AppDynamics APM.- Worked with strategic marketing management, application developers, and performance testing teams to pilot AppDynamics APM, Analytics, and End User Monitoring tools for future use in other in-house applications.- Assisted in the education and adoption of AppDynamics among other teams in IT.- Utilized Search Processing Language tool, Splunk, to create live dashboards & automate reporting.- Developed solutions to automate processes that previously required manual execution.Other Activities:IT Career Night Open House- Planned, organized, and recruited local talent for said event.- Hosted speaking engagements at local colleges.- Designed digital marketing materials distributed / displayed at college campuses.- Hosted panel discussion during the night of the event.
