The Accelerated Design Project for MyAgedCare was jointly conducted by the Departments of Health and Social Services to rapidly assess requirements for the MyAgedCare systems and processes with direct input from Aged Care sector representatives including Assessors, Service Providers, and client representatives. The Accelerated Design Project used an agile methodology and delivered a solid block of endorsed requirements for inclusion in future releases of MyAgedCare.The Accelerated Design Project included a parallel policy stream that I also contributed business analysis support to.

As a Senior Business Analyst in the IMTG Front Door I have successfully developed a methodology for estimating costs for New Policy Proposals, documented enterprise level business requirements for a range of policy areas, mentored junior analysts, and undertaken complex costing exercises involving multiple branches and technologies.

My primary role at the Clean Energy Regulator is as a Lead Business Analyst for Client Interaction and Case Management. This role has included documenting standard Business Process Models, analysing legislative and operational business requirements, and documenting organisational goals for an online Client Portal and an internal CRM.

This role involved High Level Requirements analysis and object oriented modelling for the development of a major IT asset for the Department of Infrastructure and Transport. Deliverables for this project included As-Is and To-Be Business Process Models, high level information models, and discrete requirements packagesAn additional role of Information Architect involved assessment of modelling and requirements analysis tools.

My primary role at the AEC in Canberra was as an Object Oriented Business Analyst for an enterprise scale project redeveloping all of the current AEC systems.Through the 2010 election period I provided on call support to Roll Management systems.

My primary role at the ATO in Canberra was as an Object Oriented Business Analyst documenting requirements for a web based application to support the electronic lodgement of activity statements. As part of this role I provided support to the product testing team, as well as mentoring other users in the Holocentric modelling tool.

My primary role at RevenueSA in Adelaide was to document business requirements for major enhancements to systems supporting the Emergency Services Levy (a tax on land to provide funding for ambulances, firefighters, and other emergency services). My supporting skills as a Project Manager, and Trainer were also put to good use.

Fujitsu Australia Limited was the prime contractor to the State Revenue Office Victoria for the e-sys Development Project. My primary role as a subcontractor on this $30 million dollar project was to perform requirements analysis and documentation. Secondary roles later in the SDLC included supporting the development team and technical writing.

The Education Department of Western Australia is responsible for the administration of public education in Western Australia. I was responsible for liaison between EDWA and external consultants in the development of information systems. I also served as the project coordinator responsible for managing the Teacher Management System Project from the Functional Requirements Specification through to the commencement of development.

The State Revenue Department of Western Australia (now part of the Department of Treasury and Finance) was responsible for the collection and administration of state taxes such as Land Tax and Pay-roll Tax. In 1995 the SRD commenced development work on the Revenue Collection Information System (RCIS) Project. This was a large project to re-develop the Departments computer systems using the latest technology into a single integrated system. The project involved re-engineering of the business processes and the design and development of the new system. I was responsible for liaison between the State Revenue Department Users and external consultants throughout the SDLC and played a major role in the requirements for the automated workflow system.
