The implementation of this portal will interface with the SAP HR system Foreclosure System integration of eight disparate systems using Oracle's Application and Collaboration Suite to provide a single interface to process the properties that are being foreclosed upon. Standardized hardware and software throughout office resulting in reduced costs, decreased downtime, and increased efficiencies, in the business processes. Lead the functional, system development and integration between the County Auditor's Real Property system, Mass Appraisal system and the Treasurer's Collection system. Manage the "Request for Proposal" process including development, evaluation of responses and selection of Vendors. Implementation of an Imaging system that utilizes workflow analysis software, OCR technology to capture key data used in the business process, and store images reducing allowing multiple viewing of documents and reduce retrieval times this process converts documents so they are available on the intranet. Mapped and put into operation the Auditor's strategy to Web enable the Auditor's systems moving towards the development of a portal solution, and browser based clients for local municipalities to input data directly to county databases.Chaired the Cuyahoga Counties Automated Data Processing Board, which is responsible for the review and approval of all county agency initiatives and expenditures involving technology.
