• Managed 16 consultants on Cognos Planning and TM1 implementations, training engagements, and internal projects. • Worked with IBM Client Directors to approve SOWs. Determined and allocated project resources.Not long after Cognos acquired Applix for TM1, IBM acquired Cognos. I was asked to take over as a Practice Area Lead for Enterprise Planning solutions for the eastern half of the US and Canada. In this role I managed 16 consultants while working as a Solution Architect for Enterprise Planning and TM1. I worked closely with new and existing customers, Lab Services management, IBM Sales, and IBM Business Partners to successfully grow and maintain the customer base, grow services revenue, and achieved consultant utilization targets while ensuring customer success.

Cognos acquired Adaytum in January 2003. I continued at Cognos with solution services and was promoted to Lead Architect for Cognos Enterprise Planning responsible for implementations in the US East Coast.Designed, implemented, and administered custom financial and operational planning, budgeting and reporting models for organizations of all sizes, public and private, commercial and governmental.Contributed to SOWs, wrote project plans, project estimates, and detailed systems design documents
