I am a seasoned Program Manager with increasingly varied responsibilities in the non-profit sector.Currently, I am the Project Manager of Georgia Shift(C3) and Georgia Shift Action(C4). Georgia Shift is committed to giving young people a seat at the table of democracy. We believe social change only comes by constantly providing hands-on education and direct action opportunities, keeping young people engaged to train those who come after them.Key highlights include:• Procuring grants and managing compliance throughout terms• Create strategic engagement plans using unique on-the-ground knowledge to create asustainable volunteer recruitment pipeline and build our base• Identify and implement mechanisms to monitor program activities, impact evaluation, anddata collection on a daily and weekly basis as neededPrior to Georgia Shift, I have worked as a field organizer for local, state, and national campaigns while attending school. I have 6 years of active military service as an Arabic Cryptologic Linguist.
