Financial responsibilities over the Seminole Hard Rock and Seminole Indian casino properties in Hollywood, Florida. Project team leader for all pre-opening Finance issues for the $450 million Hard Rock facility which opened in May 2004. Direct reporting responsibilities over; Accounting, Financial Planning, IT, Purchasing & Warehouse, Cage and Count Room Operations. Executive committee member with oversight responsibilities for all aspects of property operations.

Caesars Entertainment corporate position with direct responsibility for international property operations, international development and joint venture company director positions. International property operations included a direct reporting line from the General Manager and CFO positions for Caesars Gauteng, Conrad Punta Del Este, Conrad Gold Coast, Conrad Treasury and Caesars Palace at Sea / gaming operations aboard Crystal Cruise Line. This involved a direct overview of all aspects of property operations, including: Casino, Hotel, Food and Beverage, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Administration. Development areas include an analysis of financial performance modeling coupled with strategic planning, brand development and country risk assessment. In addition, supported all international mergers and acquisitions for the corporate legal team. Represented the interests of Caesars on the Board of Directors for joint venture companies that directed the business dealings of the associated international properties.
