This involved a direct overview of all aspects of property operations, including: Casino, Hotel, Food and Beverage, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Administration. Development areas include an analysis of financial performance modeling coupled with strategic planning, brand development and country risk assessment. In addition, supported all international mergers and acquisitions for the corporate legal team. Represented the interests of Caesars on the Board of Directors for joint venture companies that directed the business dealings of the associated international properties.
