• Grew concert audience attendance by 300% by launching Christ Church Cathedral’s first concentrated marketing effort for a concert series. This campaign changed how musicians were paid so that they got a larger cut from the door and were incentivized to invite more people themselves. This series had never been marketed before, so we launched the campaign from the ground up.• Created new relationships with other organizations that helped us find more reliable and regular musicians for booking.• Expanded staff from just myself to three members, and the series expanded from 10 months of the year to 12.
