The Video and Comms Strategist is responsible for helping to write and edits scripts, edit videos in a timely fashion, optimize GOA YouTube pages, and working with the Communications Director to create and post timely and relevant copy on our social media platforms. The primary focus will be helping with strategy and execution regarding GOA video work, while also helping with social media and copy creation. Their knowledge in video and video editing will help the organizations grow their video platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.) while also helping expand the amount and type of video content the organization produces. This position includes social media video strategy, video work, data tracking, collaboration with Federal Affairs on scripts, strategy implementation, optimization, and reporting.
