What's up, I'm Jd (he/him). I'm best described as someone passionate and easy to speak to as I always try to incite a level of comfort for any team I am managing. Being the person your team feels like they can confide in is essential to me as a leader.Working in the makeup and cosmetic industry has made me genuinely enjoy working with people. I've enjoyed making genuine connections with each client I've come across and giving them that sense of security and confidence every time I've had someone in my chair. While on the flip side, working in management and having a team to look over has given me my own self-confidence and shaped me to be the leader I've always wanted to see. Outside of work, I'm a creative. I enjoy anything where I can use my imagination and bring my ideas to life. In my free time, I enjoy curating looks from makeup to styling and wardrobe because it brings excitement to be able to execute a concept to its fullest potential.As someone who is black and part LGBTQ+ community, I always speak up for inclusion and diversity in every setting that I can.
