• Assisted the Regional Sales Manager in promoting the brand at various food shows, grocery store demonstrations, and weekend sampling events around the state of Louisiana.• Managed the five Louisiana State University tailgate tent events at Tiger Stadium home football games and served gumbo to over 2,000 students and fans each event.• Assisted in performing store level events promoting a new dry bean line of products.

• Prior to the hiring of a full time employee to manage the Food Safety Audit systems, kick-started the preparation by updating all of the company paperwork and operations to comply with best practice industry standards and third-party audit scorecard requirements.• Personally created the Company Recall Plan, which scored a 100% in the actual Audit.

• Assisted Race Director in all operations leading up to the race including collecting and inputting entry forms, distributing of bibs, and managing late entries.• Managed the solutions desk during the two-day health and fitness expo, fixing any problems participants experienced during registration or bib pick-up.• Filled in as needed during the road race event with 30,000 participants to ensure the race went as planned.
