The Associate Directorate, Sustainment Optimization & Analysis (SOA) provides sustainment analysis to enable cost-wise readiness of aviation and missile systems while reducing total ownership costs and Soldier maintenance burden. SOA prioritizes, synchronizes, and resources CBM+ and other solutions via collaboration with Life Cycle Management partners. SOA participates in an end-to-end sustainment analysis capability to identify material and process performance bad actors, associated root causes, and corrective solutions with high ROI and significant opportunities for cost avoidance.
