CurrentHere at Coupa, In my current job role, I deal with the technical support of a planning based solution concerned with the use of inventory management and acute forecast engine.Duties include:• logging onto client servers using VM’s and a variety of VPN and web-based configurations. • Ensure that the planning-based inventory software that runs through a series of schedules which take client data and house this within a management system and project forecasted results runs efficiently and without issues. • Ensure that any issues are resolved within a timely manner as these schedules are business critical and a large part of this role is to ensure that when failures and issues with these schedules occur resolution is fast to avoid customer down time.• Provide assistant on data related issues and features related to the software, identifying differences with application errors and problems with hosted environments.• Limited application and identification to processes which run in the back end in SQL server (stored procedures, tables and views) and Visual studios (Packages) with regards to the functions these applications provide to the planning solution.• Communication between the various departments required to uphold this support (Professional services, development etc) and the use of ticketing systems (Zendesk, salesforce etc).• SLT compliance: 98.90%
