Julie Danker LCSW, CPXP, has eighteen years of healthcare experience including departmental leadership, patient advocacy, social work, case management and private practice counseling. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt with expertise in planning and executing process and behavioral changes that improve organizational culture and PX metrics with statistically-valid results. Julie has presented PX case studies at several national PX conferences including Beryl (2016, 2018), Cleveland Clinic (2015), Planetree (2016) and Press Ganey (2015, 2016). She also co-created G.R.E.A.T.™ (www.eehealth.org/great), a nationally-recognized, communication service standard.Julie enjoys collaborating with providers, nurses and ancillary staff, patients and families in all healthcare settings.
