The aim is to bring out the greatest effectiveness for the executives themselves and the greatest effectiveness of everyone within their sphere of influence.Dr. Brewer's professional experience includes service in San Francisco as a Change Leadership Partner with Deloitte Consulting, as a Partner in Leadership Consulting with Heidrick & Struggles, and as a Director in the first West Coast office of New York's Delta Consulting Group.
