I am a seasoned professional specializing in CEO advisory for emerging growth entities and businesses looking for a fresh perspective. I have extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, business development, project management, product development and financial modeling. As needed, I initiate investor contacts and manage the capital raise process.For the last 25 years I have founded and served in C-Level positions of several companies. I have been involved in technology, communications, manufacturing, direct selling and direct response. My responsibilities have included capitalization structure, capital procurement, managing joint venture and partnership arrangements, information technology (IT), product development and procurement, finance and operations.Currently, I focus primarily on growth strategy and cost containment. I am active in the community having served on the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee of St. Mary’s School in Aliso Viejo, CA; President of the Booster Club of the Cross Country & Track teams at JSerra Catholic High School; and coached well over 100 youth teams.
