During this period Jon worked with me as the bid manger on a number of major bids for Local Government clients. Again, I found Jon immensely dependable and able to shoulder significant responsibility in the delivery of bids from both a quality and commercial/financial perspective. One of the key attributes that Jon brought to the bidding process was his ability to communicate and network with staff at all levels within the organisation. This was a major benefit when working in a multi-disciplinary environment as Jon had many contacts throughout the AECOM organisation (both in the UK and worldwide) together with the company’s partner organisations.
