Responsible for leading the implementation of tactical Technological Software Package Solutions to meet the requirements of EverBank’s products and services. They must execute and maintain standard corporate practices for operational processes and policy. Essential Functions: • Create software application packages• Create technical documentation to describe the installations of software application packages. • Validate software application packages to determine whether specified requirements are satisfied • Import applications into the Systems Management Server (SMS) environment. • Facilitate user testing of software application packages• Identify and resolve any software conflicts with approved operating systems• Manage the deployment of completed application packages to the appropriate production environment.• Manage the deployment of updates, patches, service packs, and bios and driver updates to the production environment.• Manage software complications arising from the deployment of new images• Perform continuous appraisal of implemented software
