Led a team of logistics experts that provided innovative commercial mobile IT solutions for Air Force Reserve Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection missions. Planned, programmed, budgeted, and executed over $1 billion annually in Air Force Reserve Operations and Maintenance funds in support of logistics, transportation, support equipment, aviation fuel and parts for 339 Air Force Reserve aircraft, as well as aircraft overhaul and sustainment requirements. Led Command's logistics strategy and continuous process improvement efforts.- Optimized development processes for annual funding requirements and created new analysis and review tools that ensured funding targets were met.- Developed new equipment requirements process that identified $37 million in unmet needs. Led Logistics Panel activities for all Air Force Reserve logistics programs at Headquarters Air Force, Pentagon. Annually programmed and advocated for future funds in excess of $1 billion to meet command logistics and aircraft sustainment requirements. Pentagon focal point for all Air Force Reserve logistics and maintenance budgetary requirements.- Consistently developed funding to meet requirements gaps. Increased weapon system sustainment funding by 25%, justified $350 million in contingency funding, and discovered $4 million in misappropriated funds that were returned for critical requirements.- Integrator for annual National Guard and Reserve Equipment Report. Ensured accurate assessment and reporting of equipment readiness levels. Data uses to secure additional congressional funding.- Revamped and corrected existing Air Force Budget Options to save $20 million in B-52 Bomber sustainment funds.- Led team to develop first Air Force Reserve Agile Combat Support strategy. Put data in the hands of the users where they needed to use it.- Instituted analysis methods that helped to increase aircraft in service rates from 71% to 77%. Managed 320+ military and civilian personnel, representing 13 NATO countries, supporting 17 E-3A AWACS aircraft worth $5.5 billion at NATO's only operational flying base. Planned, coordinated and directed daily maintenance, managed support equipment, and controlled unit safety, security, personnel, quality assurance, and training programs.- Put partnership building first finding novel ways to bridge cultural and language barriers between participating countries.- Build NATO’s first disable aircraft recovery program. Authored policy and instructions; developed initial training program.- Director of Logistics for NATO AWACS coverage of the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece. Delivered 79 of 81 flights on time with a 97.5% effectiveness rate.

Commanded several maintenance flights of up to 320 personnel each encompassing all aspects of aircraft maintenance, launch, and recovery. Responsible for the safe and effective operation of organizational and field level maintenance activities as well as the planning and execution of flying, training, and all unit aircraft deployments.- Developed a flight scheduling concept that dramatically increased aircraft performance and lowered non-operational time. Process increased production while requiring less maintenance effort. Benchmarked by other units.- Created a strategic roadmap that optimized the global movement of aircraft and high demand equipment after the events of September 11, 2001. Strategy maintained critical operations in 4 simultaneous operating locations.- Led combined maintenance and supply chain operations for multi-national exercise in Cairo, Egypt. Coordinated logistics between five nations and ensured the success of each country. Commended by French and Italian commanders for outstanding support.
