It Support Technician
Current- Tier 2 Helpdesk Support
- Supports the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) DOD Printers and Video Teleconferencing Systems (VTCs)
- Troubleshoots NMCI Printer/VTC issues for customers for the entire NSA Midsouth Base (including remote users).
- Repairs and/or replaces faulty Printer/VTC hardware and peripherals.
- Troubleshoots all Printer/VTC related software issues.
- Maintains NMCI Printers/VTCs by keeping them up to date with the required hardware and software.
