Lead and supervise large cabling projects, manage materials and labor costs to maximize profits.

Meet with customers to provide network consultations and estimate small and large projects, including single cable adds/repairs to large 1000+ structured cable projects. Inform customers on proper specifications and codes for specific cable and network concepts. Build estimates and get approvals for projects consisting of structured cabling, camera systems, sound masking, environmental monitoring, data center build outs, access control, VoIP phones and lines, fiber backbones as well as possible fiber to end-user capabilities and A/V systems. Build blueprints with CAD software and manage all projects from ensuring materials are ordered and onsite for lead technicians and supervising many projects to completion while training lead technicians how to properly work with General Contractors to resolve problems with minimal input from management and maximum efficiency. Providing customers with error-free as-builts at completion of projects. Working with customers through any changes to complete the job as efficient and cost effectively as possible.

Maintain 586 computers for 27 concrete, asphalt and aggregate plants in the Rocky Mountain division. Project Manager for all new calling jobs to upgrade all locations to fiber optics and CAT6 cable

Climb towers and install Cat5/Cat6, 1/2"/7/8" Heliax Coax, LMR 400, LMR 600 Transmission Lines. Hang 2-way radio antennas up to 20' long on towers up to 300'. Hang microwave equipment with dishes up to 4' in diameter. Hang equipment and align dishes on customer location. Install 2-way radios in vehicles and dispatch offices.

Install Cat5/Cat6 Cable. Install and maintain PBX systems, such as Panasonic, Avaya and Broadsoft. Repair internet and phone issues inside the D-Marc.
