As head of the digital function, my role is primarily responsible for defining, managing and implementing the organisations digital strategy. Within this remit I have specific responsibility for creating and managing a customer journey which leverages the appropriate technology and provides customers with a coherent, compelling and flexible end to end experience.Other key responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with partner OEM’s to promote HCUK's digital initiatives as enablers of vehicle sales, maximise visibility of finance led offers and ensure a consistent experience across channels.- Develop and manage the brands end-to-end customer journeys, using both quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer pain points and develop solutions which optimise the customer experience and increase conversions.- Ownership of the roadmap for all digital products, prioritising workloads and product releases- Own and manage HCUK'​s integration within partner OEM’s online sales channels - working collaboratively to identify improvements to the eCommerce platforms, increase conversions and drive increased sales.- Accountability for effective management of all KPI's required to determine the success of the digital strategy and HCUK's digital assets including identifying key data points which drive continuous improvements to the user experience and increase conversions through the sales funnel.- Responsible for the Digital functions P&L as well as management of agency relationships.- Lead and engage a high performing team of direct reports, ensuring productivity and momentum is kept high and workload clearly prioritised.

Epsom & Brussels

Responsible for the development and implementation of Toyota Financial Services'​ digital framework strategy across 15 markets, whilst also managing the organisations pan-European digital product portfolio. A key responsibility was working with stakeholders in both Toyota / Lexus Europe and local market digital teams to develop a pan-European finance calculator which fully integrated within their pan-European website platform and car configurators. The product went through three full development lifecycles and key tasks included:- Customer and market research, user testing and mapping user journeys.- Working with creative and development agencies to agree functional and technical specifications, build wireframes and design prototypes.- Gathering local market requirements and agreeing development scope.- Managing the products development, implementation and roll-out to 11 Toyota and 4 Lexus markets.- Creating an analytics framework to measure the products performance across all markets, identify design and UX improvements and implement AB testing to measure improvements

Epsom & Brussels

Key responsibilities:Responsible for managing delivery of pan-European projects which supported Toyota Motor Europe and local market sales strategies.- Development and ongoing management of TFSE's pan-European new car finance calculator project (see projects section)- Development, launch and ongoing management of a pan-European eCRM platform in five markets. The product was developed to support local markets customer retention strategies and enabled dealers to create a customised customer communication plans, manage their customer portfolio and create either standard or bespoke customer communications- New finance product development to support pan-European car launches for Toyota and Lexus- Development and roll-out of pan-European visual identity including brand guidelines, new font type, imagery, POS materials and dealer assets

Key responsibilities:* Responsible for managing the F&I performance of designated Toyota dealers whilst at the same time maximising the levels of business support and profitability for Toyota Financial Services* Work collaboratively with Manufacturer counterparts to support sales anddealer objectives* Implement monthly F&I reviews which each dealer and identify key areas of improvement* Implement structured F&I development plans and training programmes* Negotiate annual dealer terms and business support and agree performance KPI's and measurements

Home Based

Key responsibilities:- Responsible for managing relationships and maximising performance from a zone of 50+ used car dealers- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate the appropriate commercial terms to secure dealers support- Implement monthly F&I reviews with major accounts and funded dealers which focus on achievement of monthly performance objectives for volume, margin and default
