Provide technical and managerial leadership to a global team of 3 to 4 CM Engineers. Recognized Configuration Management expert responsible for the needs of the entire company. Other responsibilities include all those listed under Senior Configuration Management Engineer, but also include:* Telelogic CM Synergy and Change Synergy administrator * Responsible for migrating server platform from Windows to Linux * Added lifecycles to improve the time to market for critical issues * Managing and deploying new versions and features* Administration and maintenance of CVS/Bugzilla * Develop and deploy end to end build automation tool * Replace home grown build automation tools with Build Forge * Enabled four times as many projects to be handled per build engineer * Reduced costs through consolidation of CM resources * Simultaneously build on up to 8 separate platforms* Responsible for Configuration Management duties for two separate product lines under two different divisions. * Report to management of two separate business units * Requires self management of critical issues between two separate divisions.

Responsible for testing the SQL engine using a combination of C and Perl. Also wrote test harness and test cases for Security layer in C++. This layer is responsible for coordinating all security interactions through out the code base. Also worked on customer reported fixes and packaged and delivered them to support. Other responsibilities included:* Maintenance and configuration of multiple test platforms* Cross platform test development in C and C++* Test harness development and maintenance in Perl, and Korn Shell* Interacted with product development on design decisions* Continued to provide assistance to Configuration Management Team

Improved and streamlined development process by implementing new, more versatile tools. Other responsibilities include all those listed under Configuration Management Engineer, but also include:* Telelogic CM Synergy and Change Synergy administrator (formerly Continuus) * Lead Engineer on deployment project responsible for timelines and goals * Responsible for seamless migration from TeamConnection to Telelogic * Trained all users on use and best practices * Supported up to 70 users both locally and remotely * All this while maintaining a full time job with other duties.* Responsible for tree and resource architecture* Responsible for scheduling build activities* Mentoring other CM Engineers
