As an Insights Lead at Nike, I uncover insights that inform and inspire innovative experiences on Nike.com and Nike+ apps. I previously led the Community UX team at YouTube, creating experiences to engage creators, fans and friends on YouTube. While at Google, I worked on social products, including the design of Hangouts - shipping apps across iOS, Android and Web. Before making the jump to San Francisco, I led the global user experience practice of designers and content strategists at APCO Worldwide, a Washington, DC communications consultancy. Previously as a UX Designer and Information Architect I built sites and apps for Coca-Cola, eBay, Ford's Theatre, and MasterCard.Outside of the work I get paid for, I perform air guitar competitively as Edward Shredderhands.
