• Recruited and managed the 628 volunteers needed to staff all official Committee merchandising sites in D.C.

• Assisted in planning the Election Day Northern Virginia Boiler Room and was part of the management team who watched the entire state for critical incidents to ensure they were resolved or escalated to senior staff.• Recruited and trained part of the 1,928 attorneys who protected 1,259,064 voters on Election Day. • Served as primary manager of the Election Day incident reporting tool which handled 3,283 incidents and established statewide backup procedures in case of a software crash or power failure.

• Developed talking points and detailed fact sheets for field staff describing the impact of President Obama's policies in Virginia and served as lead on creation of public website comparing the two candidate’s policies.• Drafted a memo picked up by the DNC that was distributed globally to Democrats abroad.• Assisted in policy and strategy field meetings with local residents, politicians, and community leaders • Tracked media campaigns and fact-checked opposition ads, developing rapid response talking points.

• Provided legal research on a wide range of issues including human trafficking and intellectual property. • Facilitated markup, briefings, meetings, and other day to day operations of committee counsel.

• Provided legal research on and investigations into acts of noncompliance or abuse by law enforcement and state run health facilities. Amended complaints and drafted finding reports for cases already in litigation.

• Provided legal research on whistleblower protection and oversight of waste, fraud, and abuse in Iraq and Afghanistan defense contracting.
