The primary role of the Director, ATP Development is to onboard new ATP and provide ongoing professional and process development to NSM’s ATP in a defined region. In most cases, this individual will be a credentialed ATP with extensive experience in the CRT industry, or they have experience training and developing talent for the complex rehab industry. The objective of this position is to increase the ramp up time frame for newly hired ATP while also supporting ongoing professional development of tenured ATP. The right individual should be able to critically define knowledge or process gaps for NSM ATP and provide the right instruction and resource to increase their productivity and expertise. Contributes to corporate level content development, that is used across regions.

Project Scope: Manage 10 workstreams totaling approximately 50 people with the goal to close down a 50,000+ sq. ft. medical device manufacturing and customer service site in UT, and relocate operations to a new site in WI within a 4 month period, with minimal customer impact. This includes moving all equipment and materials to the new location, reinstalling and validating all equipment and related processes, manage training plan for approximately 40 new team members in production and customer service, meet all applicable FDA requirements regarding MDR records transfer and establishment of GMP at new site, manage customer facing messaging, establishing and achieving appropriate budget goals, and implementation of new IT and ERP infrastructure. Outcome: Project completed on time and approximately 30% under budget. Minimal disruption of one week shutdown was necessary to fully transfer customer data into new ERP system.
