· Coordinated maintenance, repair, and engineering activities/services as part of a lifecycle program for the New Zealand Navy. Facilitated and engaged in meetings collaborating with military staff and joint forces of New Zealand. Contributed to dry dock scheduling and fleet maintenance planning, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to timelines.· Assisted in docking procedures for a diverse range of vessels, including commercial ships, private yachts, and navy vessels. Engaged in various calculations for dry dock configuration, optimising space and resources for safe and effective maintenance and repairs. Managed dockyard duties and participated in commercial ship repair projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management within a maritime environment.· Provided assistance in the marine fitters and machining fabrication shops, contributing to various projects. Participated in overhauling activities such as OD box and ship thruster overhaul for commercial tankers and yachts for routine performance and safety checks. Engaged in fitter works, including valve replacement, on navy vessels, demonstrating versatility in diverse tasks within the marine industry.

Being a member of the Process Engineering team I had the opportunity to be involved in a variety of areas relevant to Process and Product development. This includes the full design process, research and development, to prototyping and manufacturing. Throughout this position I gained further experience in all areas of engineering including; CAD, CAM, Design, Machining and Tooling, Manufacturing, Electronics, Pneumatics systems and Design, and Process Design. I was exposed to a hardworking cohesive team who worked collaboratively to achieve a successful and positive outcomes. I gained further knowledge on the business side of the company and had the opportunity to experience the documentation process. This included being exposed to the level of authentication, traceability and detail necessary for a medical device manufacturing company, as well as writing some documents of my own such as SOP's, EIOQ's, CCF, and more. My time here has been invaluable and has helped solidify important general and engineering skills necessary for any position.

Moved Upstairs to more of a business type position. Here I was involved with logistic and procurement, but also delt with sales and orders, and also planning. This position also gave me the opportunity to do some research for the companies growth. during this position I gained experience into operations software, dealing with customers and suppliers, and working with large spreadsheets and databases.

Worked with large 5-Axis CNC mills and CNC Lathes. Manufacturing precisions parts for automotive, marine, healthcare and military equipment.
